Disinfection (or sanitisation) is the process of removing harmful bacteria, and possible sources of infection from the water.  It is the method you can use to guarantee your pool water is clean and safe.  Even if the pool is not regularly in use and the water looks clear, if left untreated bacteria can easily build up and cause possible infection.

Balancing your pool water is a vital part of keeping a healthy pool.  A correct balance is achieved when the level of acidity and the level of alkalinity closely match natural levels.  PH levels should be maintained between 7.2 to 7.6 ~ Use a good quality test kit to achieve chlorine and PH balance.

Always close containers securely after use.

Store all chemicals well away from children and animals.

Always keep them locked in a secure location.

Store in a cool dry place.

Wash hands thoroughly after chemically treating your pool.
